This ice cream plate sterilizer is designed for ice cream process with a sterilizing capacity of 2-10T/h. Its steam pressure is 0.5 MPa, ice water temperature is 2℃ and cooling water temperature is 25℃.

This ice cream plate sterilizer has high heat recovery efficiency and low energy consumption and it has compact structure, easy to handle and maintain. It adopts semi-automatic control and automatic control with PLC system and touch screen display. Its workflow is adjustable according to customers' needs

The ice cream plate sterilizer is commonly used for sterilizing, heating and cooling processes in ice cream production, so as to extend the ice cream shelf life. In addition, to meet different technological requirements of sterilization, we have single, double or multi-segment system designs available.

Working Process of the Ice Cream Plate Sterilizer
The raw material for making ice cream is fed at 55℃, and is homogenized at temperature between 65℃ and 70℃. The homogenized material is then heated to 87℃ for 25 seconds for sterilization in the plate sterilizer. Finally, the sterilized material is cooled to 7-8℃ and thus end product is obtained.
