The concentrated juice plate sterilize is commonly used for heating, sterilizing and cooling concentrated juice to preserve it longest time. Firstly, the concentrated juice is homogenized at 65℃, and then is sterilized at 120℃ for 30 seconds, and finally is cooled to 5℃. This plate sterilizer utilizes icy water at 2℃ and cooling water at 25℃ as medium.

The concentrated juice plate sterilizer has high heat recovery efficiency and low energy consumption and it has compact structure, easy to handle and maintain. It adopts semi-automatic control and automatic control with PLC system and touch screen display.
