Features of Ice Cream Processing Equipment
1. The ice cream processing equipment holds sufficient and stable flow. The actual flow is no less than the one on the nameplate, and will not change when the pressure increases.

2. The homogenized particle has diameter from 0.01 micron to 2 micron depending on the operating pressure.

3. The ice cream processing equipment provides stabilized pressure. The variation range of the pressure is no more than 1Mpa, since the check valve is perfectly sealed with butterfly conical valve which is well polished with sand.

4. In addition, the ice cream processing equipment makes little noise. For one thing, its transition gear is installed on the level arm, and the dual axis motor is used under high pressure and large flow, ensuring symmetrical transition, small bending moment and well balance; for another, the bearing bush is made of special alloy material, which is harder with running and can be used for such a long period, as a result, the transition noise is lower than that of the motor.
