The pasteurized milk processing equipment is used to pasteurize milk, also called fresh milk, is produced by heating milk to the temperature between 85 ℃ and 95 ℃ for 15 to 30 seconds. Low temperature long time pasteurization usually holds the milk at the temperature of 85℃ for 30 seconds, while high temperature short time pasteurization holds the milk at the temperature of 95 ℃ for 15 seconds. Since the pasteurizing process conducted by the pasteurized milk processing equipment doesn't kill spores, pasteurized milk needs refrigerated storage before sale.
